StackResource provides digital services including AI-powered tools, resource databases, and credit purchases. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Credit purchases (one-time or subscription-based)
  • Pro plan subscriptions
  • AI tool usage (Planner, Resume Builder, ATS Score Checker)
  • Resource database access

2. Free Trial

We offer free credits and a free tier to allow users to try our services before purchasing. We encourage all users to test the platform before making any purchase.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services, please contact us at support@stackresource.space. We will work to resolve the issue, but this does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining credits or subscription time.

5. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider, your account may be suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery.
